Why even label someone a birther? I think most people just feel like they deserve the truth and there is no way in America should a candidate or elected official ever be able to cover up their past like this.
It isn’t right and it stinks to high heaven. They are covering something up and every American should be demanding to see what it is...there is just way too much at stake!
I agree we ought to get answers...particularly before an election. I supported a proposed AZ law requiring documentation from candidates, but at the last moment it was pulled - AZ figured it would get ample flack for its new laws on stopping illegal immigration and allowing CCW without a license.
However, the courts are not set up to handle this. A state could pass a law or make a request, and maybe it would go somewhere. Legal cases from private citizens will not.
