Palin’s book money. Not sure how much Bristol/Levi would receive as a wedding gift (if any). But having a step-mother who is a multi-millionaire wouldn't hurt. If this story holds, it would be the second time Levi screwed the pooch.

I doubt they would have seen any money whatsoever since there have been reports that Sarah and big brother Track were really pissed at Bristol for first hooking back up with loser Levi, and then plastering it all over US Weekly magazine before telling anyone else about it.
