This means nothing. I want a receipt issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts showing that he did indeed pay all back taxes that he should have paid had he registered his yacht in Massachusetts, aling with any other penalties associated with his tax dodging.

You are right. I doubt he will pay. My understanding is that Isabel is owned by a PA based LLC. Kerry may not technically owe the taxes, and certainly will not pay them himself.
