Yes, for high frequency propogation over 7 MHZ. It is probably accompanied with "unstable geomagnetic activity". Depending on the level of ioniozation we could have some signals up into the VHF spectrum reflected back from the ionosphere. It is about time, it has been a long quiet spell in this sunspot cycle.
