The other thing to find out is whether any of these people served as a paid or unpaid campaign aid. While I agree that the last thing we want is the government regulating Free Speach the fact remains that we have Campaign finance laws. I will admit that my understanding of them is rather limited but I know that the 501c organizations like “move on” and “swift boat vertrans” were not allowed to have direct contact or even coordinate strategy with campaigns. I also know that the Washington Post, Newsweek etc.. were not running their articles and opinion columns with the “Paid for and endorsed by Barrack Obama for President” disclaimer. If some of the people involved in this served in campaigns and others were following their lead would that not be a violation of the law?

I think all the major media should have to declare huge in-kind donations to the Obama Campaign and the Dems in general. The whole MF-CFR thing is a huge joke.
