Someone named Dylan Ratigan doesn't like Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minn-6th), or her Tea Party Caucus or her talk of "fiscal responsibility." I'm searching for info on Mr. Ratigan as I "word process." Oh, here it is...oh my, he's a TV host on MSNBC and has a little show titled the Dylan Ratigan Show. Let me see... he averaged 330,000 viewers a day in May 2010! No wonder he's such a snark.
Putting "Fiscal Responsibility" in the face of a liberal is like holding up a cross in the face of a vampire. "Fiscal Responsibility" is death to a Liberal. Without mad spending you can't create voters.

Gee, that’s about as many people as get up to take a leak during the break in any Fox News Channel show. His mom must be proud.
“Someone named Dylan Ratigan”
Never heard of her.
Why the excerpt?
How much are you paid per "hit"?
How much do you pay FR for providing this advertising service for your blog?
fugeddaboudit.
fuhgawdsake, relax. try decaf.
Why not an excerpt? Assuming for a moment that author is the poster, why can’t she determine that a excerpt is appropriate and, if interested, a party can go to her blog to read further? Certainly there are enough excerpts from other popular media sources that pretent to be news but are only opinion pieces. At least this one appears to be conservative.
Gives me heartburn.
That’s okay. I’m sure you give a lot of people heartburn in return.
Because it's a blog. Blogs require no excerpting.
Assuming for a moment that author is the poster
She/it is.
why cant she determine that a excerpt is appropriate
A blogpimp gets to determine that good FReepers need to pay her a hit
to read her stuff? Really? Did you come here to feed bloggers? I sure didn't.
At least this one appears to be conservative.
How conservative is it to post a teaser and force
folks who wish to view the content to pay her a blog hit?
Not very. Pimps suck.
I do what I can.
I do not get paid per hit.
If you have forum rules about excerpting, or a mandatory comment in the first comment space, please direct me to them. I’ve looked throughout the site and these two things are not addressed.
I’ve emailed the webmaster and that email was undeliverable. On several posts, I asked for information on forum rules. I’ve taken great care to check out many of the posts in this forum and I’m doing nothing different than most others.
I am in the Blogger and Personal Forum. The template allows an except.
...and thanks for listing FR as one of the... Essential Sources I Rely On

This guy is Olbermann’s soul mate. They belong on the same network...
He likes the attention of spamming “blog” threads on FR, that’s the best I can come up with since it’s fairly easy to detect a blog before even opening a thread.
Thank you but neither post addresses: 1) excerpts or 2) a comment in the first comment space.
I assure you I do not get paid for hits. I have advertising on my site that does not pay for hits to my page. It might pay for clicks on the ad - then again, it might not - and as you know readers do not click ads, and you’ll find no encouragement on my blog asking for readers to support advertising.
I’ll say this: I seldom do a post with a link to only one source. Occasionally, maybe but it is most infrequent. I take a story, do my homework and offer background, other news reports and other opinions to round out the story.
I’m still trying to find forum rules for these two issues
Thanks kanawa. FR has been on that list since I began blogging and started finding my way around conservative news.

Excerpting from your blog is blatant trolling for blog hits.
Expect to catch some flak for it.
