If you think the performance of government sucks now, imagine if government couldn't hire anybody anybody with a skill level beyond that deserving minimum wage.

I think many folks live in libertarian la-la land to rejoice over such misery coming down on “all” govt workers
yes there is bureaucratic bloat but there is a lot of honest good consumer protection and taxpayer services, too.....!
