Was Venezuela Behind the BP Oil Spill?

I found it very interesting that a Venezuelan gas rig mysteriously sank just one week after the BP oil rig explosion and it was blacked out by the media. Immediately, the media was reading the White House script handed to them, rather than reporting or investigating events that could lead to the real reasons why this catastrophe happened.

Interesting theory. However there seem to be enough details leaking out about problems with the rig before the explosion to discount this.

I would think the damage at the bottom would look more like a torpedo hit it. The web cams do not seem to support the theory.

That said I could not figure out how 3 fail safe valves would simultaneously fail, short of sabotage.

Oil rigs have been sinking since there have been offshore rigs.

About two weeks before the explosion and sinking news stories popped up about the North Korean's latest model of miniature submarine.

They sell those things worldwide ~ right alongside their SCUD missile systems.

Maybe Venezuela bought a few ~ they'll need them to protect their off-shore Florida wells ~ theirs and the Cuban government's wells anyway.

So, maybe they tried one out!

The rig sank as a result of the problems with the BOP which is well beneath the depth all but a handful of nations have any kind of capability.

Sorry, this is just ridiculous.

There's not a country on the planet that has a torpedo with the depth capability that it would need to reach the well-head at DeepWater Horizon. Why? Because torpedoes are engineered to sink surface vessels and other submarines. There's not a fast-attack or boomer that can operate much past 800 meters (if that) in depth. So, they don't engineer and build torpedoes to reach much past that depth. Our own Mk-48 goes to about 800(ish) meters. By comparison, this particular well-head lies at about 1,500 meters.

You don't have to go down to the bottom to hit it with a bomb. All you need is a quite ordinary solid state munition and a big rock ~ maybe a chunk of kead ~ and that sucker will sink ALL THE WAY DOWN.

So many people think the miniature submarine has to go to the wellhead to do stuff, but they're wrong.

The miniature sub allows you to get past observers on the surface ~ that's all.

Except the BOP appares to be physically intact. The problems with the BOP are mechanical and internal.

I still think BP drilled into the Molemen’s underground world, and the Molemen sabotaged the well in reprisal for flooding their world.

So they forgot about the huge pressure differences at that depth and the bomb just didn’t go off as planned ~ caused only minor damage, but enough to screw everybody up.
