The students should press charges.
Of course being political interns they will or already have weighed the implications to their own careers if they press charges. Most likely they have made a laundry list of demands to the congressman and he is drinking heavily ( like he must have been that day)
There's no need for the student to press charges.The DC police should be on this.The student should file a civil suit,however.

I agree. I’d sue for a couple of billion just to make sure I made the news. I’d settle for his immediate resignation.
