They are currently drilling 2 relief wells...there is NO guarantee that they too won’t see similar problems...except that BP will most likely not take cementing short cuts against Halliburton’s professional SOP and they will also perform EVERY Schlumberger test that is required to VERIFY that all steps of cementing were DONE but have cured properly before proceeding.
and STILL no guarantee that the relief wells will work...none
however skimmers are needed to collect the globby oil on the surface...
