Biden’s selection as a candidate was technically by the Democratic National Convention, not by Obama personally. Biden has no constitutional problem. He was elected distinctly by the electors who were duly chosen by halfwit voters on election day 2008.

I agree with you in some degree, but is it possible for a vice-president to run for office if there is no one running for President. If obama’s election was voided ,it would mean he never ran for office. Quite a dilemma ! So if McCain was certified as President . Who would be the vice-President Biden or Palin? boy the politicans have really screwed this one up!
