Palin has strong core principles, but comes across as an intellectual lightweight.

intellectual lightweight.?

sure she does. she just spent 25 minutes debating Ron Paul on any and every issue that the judge wanted to talk about. she answered with clear firm positions on every question and stood her own with Ron Paul in fact on foreign policy she beat him cold.

but you know continue to parrot the MSM/left’s talking points.

Oh yeah it has also been reported by two different sources that she also has a photographic memory but don't let facts like that get in the way of your talking point

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Isn’t what they said abour Reagan?

To the libs and MSM “intellectual lightweight” means she’s not one of them: an east coast, Ivy League, cocktail circuit snob.

They said the same thing about GW Bush and Ronald Reagan. Is it Palin, Bush and Reagan's fault the so-called "intellectuals" can't understand what they are saying? Perhaps it's the "intellectuals" who are the lightweights.

That's what I like to hear...We don't need an intellectual in the White House...We need someone with smarts, not necessarily an education, with strong core principles...

And a Christian to boot...

Only to intellectual lightweights or those who think they are intellectual heavyweights.

Let's assume you are correct, which I don't believe, what could not a 'President Palin' do or accomplish?
And I'd like to ask if you would list three Presidents whom you think were intellectually adept.

Palin comes across that way mostly because of her accent and speaking style. It reminds me of the way people spoke in the movie "Fargo" She also has a high pitch to her voice. Dropping the g's is fine when making an unserious point, but in serious conversation about policy it doesn't work well.

Palin is crafty and she is smart but is in a way somewhat responsible for the impression people get.

I was thinking about this the other day when I heard Haley Barbour talking. I bet the left and the East Coast folks think he is like Boss Hawg.LOL

Blanche Lincoln isn't much better.

Funny how it didn't seem to bother the left with Kennedyspeak. That was pretty awful. Cuba was Cuber.
