This is comedy gold! In the same segment, you have Keith Olberman and the outstanding Democrat Senate Nominee in South Carolina – Alvin Greene. Democrats all must be so proud as they listen to this obviously qualified nominee.
What’s frightening is to think that Greene’s victory in South Carolina reveals just how little Democrat voters there considered the qualifications and experience of the person they nominated. It would appear they voted for him for reasons that had nothing to do with whether or not he was the best person for the job. But that is nothing new for Democrats, is it? Not just Democrats in South Carolina.
Olbermann spends this segment seeking to advance the theory that Greene is a “Republican plant” seeking to discredit Democrats in the eyes of the people. Olbermann never came out and said he believes that, but his line of questions sought to push that idea, put forward by South Carolina Democrat Rep. James Clyburn.
In listening to Greene’s halting, confused and bumbling responses to Keith Overbite, he actually made Olbermann seem sane. All I can say is that if Greene is a GOP “plant” — whoever managed to pull that off has done a fantastic job!

The people calling for Mr. Greene to withdraw should focus their ire at the voters, not the candidate.

I would say yes...But that would give too much credit to Republicans. If the Republicans were such Evil Geniuses why did we end up with Lindsay Graham?? Kind of like the Bush syndrome...Dems called him and idiot yet he was an evil genius that come up with elaborate clever plans that went off without a hitch and with no evidence...

Be gracious to Mr. Greene, he is a golden opportunity. Let the Dems mistreat him, but we should show him every courtesy.

Good grief, let’s assume for a minute that he really is a Republican plant. That doesn’t take anything away from the fact that a majority of Democrat voters went out and voted for a man with felony sex charges pending against him.
