Great to hear. The Tilt Table Blackout is likely Inner Ear related. With spinal injuries or disorders or cases where a patient is confined to bed for long periods of time the Inner Ear is affected and must be retrained. In Paraplegia and quadriplegia {this still does not mean complete paralysis to be termed such} the Inner Ear is the among the first organs affected.

Quadriplegia means all for limbs affected and para means two. It does not necessarily mean complete loss either and can mean incomplete or partial loss whether temporary of permanent. This seems to be true especially with severe spinal issues. I remember that part from my wife's spinal rehab 25 years ago. Inner Ear is part of what controls your balance. It can also affect mood and trigger such things as anxiety.

BTW don't let the terms I mentioned Paraplegia and Quadriplegia scare you. I know many considered to be one or the other and can still walk. It means affected and not necessarily total loss or usage.
