So, you would be against convicting the monster that was sniping out of his car trunk based upon a video that showed them firing on the public because it would abridge their civil liberties since no human saw them? Please. Go back and read the spirit of the law.

I did not say that. The video led them to the car, where they found weapons and other evidence. That was probable cause for holding him and interrogating him. The video alone did not convict him.
