The official government response was supposed to be to burn off the oil.

Obama chose to stop that, and use dispersents instead. Now the oil can't be burned off.

Many other countries volunteered to assist in the fight to stop the leak and clean up the oil.

Obama refused all help, including Saudi Arabia's supertanker that is able to siphon/skim oil off the water surface.

All those tar balls are Obama’s legacy.!

The dispersants are responsible for the oil remaining below the surface. This, causes worse damage and of course poisoning of our oceans with the materials used to disperse the oil instead of allowing it to move through the process of natural dispersal.
