Just got a fund raising letter today from USJF who is teaming with Dr. Keyes (a 2008 Presidential candidate) and going after the California state election officials for not certifying the boy kings eligibility to run. The case is filed in the California 3rd Appellate District Court of Appeal.

In Arizona the legislature had taken up a "Birther" bill that would have passed out, but they let it die after the infamous SB 1070 (AZ to enforce Fed immigration laws) got through and then decided that was enough controversy for AZ this legislative year. The bill will be back next session and will require the Sect of State to verify a Presidential candidate's eligibility to run for the office.

I have every confidence the messiah will not run for a 2nd term.
