That's funny, I lived there for 10+ years as well in the Beaverton-Tigard area.
Ahhh... another Oregonian ... :-)
I was in the Portland metro area most of the time, except for a short time in the Corvallis area (back in the late 60s/early 70s). Just before moving, I was just east of Reed College, in the Woodstock area. I was in a fairly average and nice neighborhood there.
