If Reagan were alive and in his right mind today, he’d be in favor of the Arizona law. He tried the whole amnesty thing and found it didn’t work. I very much doubt he would have ever done it again.
So does anyone here know just WHO pushed the 1980’s Amnesty through to President Reagan’s desk? I would bet that Bob Dole, Alen Simpson, George Mitchell and Warren Rudman have their fingerprints ALL over it.
