It looks like Nbc-Gate is hitting top volume. I’ve witnessed some very desperate blogging propaganda trying to stop the bleeding as the nation finally wakes up to the fact that President Obama was a British citizen at the time of his birth. Having been born with dual nationality, he was born with a recognized allegiance to a foreign nation. I have explained previously in great detail why this disqualifies him from being President.
The historical dam is breaking as more and more evidence surfaces proving Obama is not eligible. A reader of this blog who has asked to remain anonymous recently provided further historical proof that Obama is not eligible to be president. The New Englander And Yale Law Review, Volume 3 (1845) states
The expression ‘citizen of the United States occurs in the clauses prescribing qualifications for Representatives, for Senators, and for President. In the latter, the term ‘natural born citizen’ is used and excludes all persons owing allegiance by birth to foreign states.That is serious on point historical research. At the time of his birth, Obama owed allegiance to Great Britain. That is not disputed, it is admitted by the President himself. And this admission is the true problem Obama faces should this issue ever make its way to the Supreme Court. Obama owed allegiance to great Britain when he was born."

I very much agree with your statement in post #9. However, this SHOULD be where the Courts come in. It is their ONLY duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States. If they cannot fulfill their main purpose for being there, they shouldn’t even be paid. It’s a disgrace the way the Courts have behaved and now even Justice Thomas has let slip that they are “avoiding” the issue. I wonder if they would rather see the country explode than to earn their pay? CO

They are mostly running around on the Lt. Col Lakin thread berating him because they think he has no chance. What those nimrods fail to say or see is the big picture of the heavy political damage his case against Obama the butt and usurper will do, which he may ultimately win down the road.

I fail to see how this has any bearing on Obama's eligibility. "Allegiance by birth" means you were born within a certain country and under their jurisdiction. Obama's allegiance by birth was to the United States, since he was born in the State of Hawaii.
If another country passes a law that grants American-born citizens dual citizenship, that doesn't affect their American citizenship status at all. If it did, a country could call all Americans their citizens, and nobody would be eligible.
The question of who is eligible to be President is really not that hard to understand if you look to the Constitution, because it only mentions two types of citizens: those born citizens (natural-born) and those who are naturalized. The clearest explanation I've read is from Bouvier's Law Dictionary:
"Citizens are either native-born or naturalized. Native citizens may fill any office; naturalized citizens may be elected or appointed to any office under the Constitution of the United States, except the offices of President and Vice President.
This is what our country has come to - thanks to the carpet-bagger politicians who now run our country.

Articles from Kenya place his first visit in 1982 and/or 1983, after the Senior was killed. David's death from a 'motor-cycle accident' is variously shown as 1983 and 1987. Only two images of 'David' exist. In both, the resemblance to zero is striking.
Mark is supposedly several years older than 'David' - yet in the two little boys image, the darker child is only a few months older...not years...
Who were the children of O Senior? Why was Mark the only one who was able to provide the documentation to prove he was the biological child of Senior, thereby inheriting the estate of O Senior?
If there were twins, who was the mother? Barry looks enough like Stanley that he could be related and there’s no reason the Dunhams would have raised him if he wasn’t blood related.
I don't think there's any doubt that on his maternal side he's a Dunham.
Ann had twins in Mombasa. She realized in Kenya she was leaving Sr. - too many wives, Kenyan family not receptive of her, Sr.’s drinking or spousal abuse (Ruth’s reason for divorce, etc. Sr. wouldn’t let Ann leave with both boys so one had to remain in Kenya. Ann took the other to the US.
If there were two of them, they could have been born in Canada...like pups, they registered one in Hawaii and the other in Mombasa...LOL!
When and where was the picture of David and Mark taken? Mark won’t say how old he is - why the secrecy? Is Mark really Ruth’s biological child? Could Ruth maybe have merely raised two of Sr.’s sons by other women? Supposedly, David left Ruth’s home because he couldn’t abide her American ways (gee, there’s that “typical white woman” thing again) but imo that doesn’t hold water. What really caused David to chuck it all and leave Ruth’s home? The motorcycle accident date is somewhere between ‘83-87. When exactly was it and where was the usurper at the time?

That in itself isn’t enough to cause him to lock down everything on two continents but what if... What if there’s more to this David person? What if baby footprints don’t match the person in the WH? What if passport fingerprints (there’s that break in and no investigation of Harris’ death) or other documentary evidence don’t match? Talk about a real live Manchurian candidate.
The Hawaiian CoLB wouldn't state 'twins' if the person (probably Senior) didn't write 'twins' on the bc application.

Ok, having read hours and hours worth of FR threads and many links in those threads, the most informative theobamafile.com on this Kenyan POS and more, I am surprised to see something completely new with the potential to alter the whole picture. Twins?!?!?! The scar I’ve seen but never an explanation for it, but twins - right out of left field. Where can I read about this, please? Or could you say how you came by this info? Thanks.

Twins tend to run in families. I’ll have to look up that information and refresh my memories as to how. Has anyone looked at the incidence of twins on the Obama side and the Dumham side? How about twins re Malcolm X and Frank Davis? I know someone who can do genealogy research who owes me a favor so it might be time to ask for it. Do you think that would be worthwhile?

You'll notice that says NOTHING about "Natural Born Citizens". It is you who are equating "born citizens" with "natural born citizens" even thought the Supreme Court has ruled that those born citizens, but born outside the US, under statute law, are not even native born, they are naturalized at birth, because naturalization is the only power Congress had to confer citizenship.
