Right after the 2000 election and its aftermath (up until the final vote count decision was made in early December), people were said to have been walking around asking "Who is our President?" The answer, of course, was Clinton.

We have a usurper sitting in the Oval Office. He is a usurper because he was never Constitutionally eligible for the office.

So again we must ask, "Who is our President?"

Let's just say for the sake of argument that BHO was in fact born in Kenya, that enough Ds get sick of him and decide to make that fact public. He's declared ineligible to be president and removed (forcibly if necessary) from office. That would be a helluva sight, BHO literally dragged kicking and screaming from the oval office.

This is unprecedented , but it seems to me that if the presidential candidate turns out to be ineligible, then the VP on that ticket cannot be said to have been legally and validly elected either. The whole ticket (Pres and VP) is ineligible . Biden cannot be sworn in as president.

So in this scenario, it would appear that the third in line...the person who really and indisputably elected to public office..is the actual president of the United States of America. That would be Nancy Pelosi.

I'm not sure we aren't better off with malignant narcissist BHO and the dimwitted plagiarist and character assassin/fantasist Biden. :-(
