What am I missing here?

The "Minister of Lands" makes a passing reference to "how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?" while discussing the Kenyan constitution..and this is proof of what?

I remember Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House) claiming the CIA never told her about interrogation techniques.

I'm not suggesting the Minister is lying, but it just sounds like his opinion, and not an official declaration by the government of Kenya.

It's not proof, but it does come from a credible source, and constitutes "probable cause to believe", which in turn should allow breaking the stranglehold on the docuements that would constitute proof.
