It may have to come down to using documents like this in defensive cases like the Army Captain, or the AG of states fighting Obamacare.
Just having it and taking it to courts isn’t working quite so well.
Criticize my thinking but thats how I see it, evidence like this is better suited to a jury than a judge.
I tend to agree that this document must be presented to each and every case that is being brought forth. I really wasn’t criticizing your thinking - I just wasn’t sure if you knew that this document had been placed in court documents. Just giving you a heads up!
