West presses UAE to crack down on Iran’s IRGC fronts
ABU DHABI - Officials said Western governments have urged Abu Dhabi to
enforce United Nations Security Council sanctions approved on June 9.
The officials said the sanctions targeted the Islamic Revolutionary Guard
Corps, which established numerous companies in the UAE port city of Dubai.

Officials said the UAE has significantly reduced the flow of advanced
technology to Iran. They said the emirates have closed dozens of companies
accused of delivering or financing dual-use equipment to Iran.

Hizbullah helping Hamas install remote-control rocket launchers
TEL AVIV - Israel has learned that Hamas is building remote-control rocket
launchers in the Gaza Strip.
The state-sponsored Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center said the
Hamas military has constructed sites that contained launchers designed to
automatically emerge from underground bunkers and fire short- and
medium-range rockets. The center said Hamas was assisted by the
Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah, which employed remote-controlled rockets in the
war against Israel in 2006.
“The positions dug at such launch sites provide an ability to launch rockets
at Israel at the push of a button, making the presence of human operators
near the rockets unnecessary,” the center said.
