“By whom of what” was meant to point directly at triggers but I do not know enough yet to confirm it. It could as easily have been a new plan for weapons being sent to Afghanistan but I agree it would have to be much more than that to gather these bigwigs.
A senior former Iranian military officer told me he thought the explosion was a satellite guided missile or a hand held laser on the ground.
