In a New Message, Al-Qaeda Deputy Leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri Warns of Revenge Against the U.S., Calls on Muslims of Pakistan to ‘Join the Caravan of Jihad ’

In a new statement titled “Who will Take Revenge for Dr. Aafia Siddiqui?”, Al-Qaeda deputy leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri issues messages to two intended audiences, the Americans and the residents of Pakistan.
Dr. Aafia Siddiqui is a Pakistani scientist sentenced to 86 years in prison by a court in New York for trying to kill U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan.
The audio recording, which is four minutes and 33 seconds in duration, was posted on the Shumukh Al-Islam jihadi web forum along with transcripts in Arabic, Urdu, Pashtu, and Farsi.
The following are excerpts from Al-Zawahiri’s message:
