Jindal’s eligibility is debatable. Courts have ruled both ways on “natural born”.

He does meet the 14 year resident requirement.

I personally think he qualifies.

Can you cite a single SCOTUS ruling that rules 'natural born' Citizenship doesn't require that both parents are citizens? I say you can't.
