I have tried to find the health care bill to read and I have not been able to locate what was signed. Can someone point me in the right direction?
You can go to www.opencongress.org and search for H.R. 3590, and H.R. 4872. These are the two bills (now laws) that make up what is colloquially known as “Obamacare”.

I know, it's confusing why both are begin with the prefix "H.R.". I don't know enough about the mechanics of House and Senate Resolutions to say why that is, precisely. Sorry.
