Below is a video of Rand Paul with his pal Adam Kokesh talking about their common "movement".
Read a report at Gathering of Eagles about James Bancroft's "mighty stand for truth" as he has resigned the Hartford Tea Party over their support for Peter Schiff who is part of this Libertarian "movement" with Adam Kokesh. Please read the whole post.
There is no doubt in my mind that Ron Paul's libertarian movement is attempting to take over the Republican Party through co-opting the Tea Party movement. We've seen this here in Kentucky as a good chunk of our Tea Party leaders supported Bill Johnson, but Rand Paul's big money (77% of it coming from out of state people in this "liberty movement") gave him credibility with the media and made him able to bill himself as "the Tea Party candidate" here. It was all a hoax, of course, and now Kentucky's grassroots-selected candidate has been disenfranchised.
Across America, the story seems to be the same. Many people involved in politics for the first time in many years have no idea that the Ron Paul / Rand Paul camp is actually anti-war, hates the 14th amendment and the 17th amendment and.....believe in UFOs. Like the people in the Hartford Tea Party who would not listen to Mr. Bancroft, they are being duped with the "broadened message" of Rand Paul and other candidates in this "movement". It's like Obama all over again.

I still want to know why they get their own “Forum” on Free Republic. I would like to hear from Jim Robinson about this. I know that Jim Robinson supports our troops and their mission. How can he then support or encourage the RLC on Free Republic?
Where I am in CA it is Libertarian or Fiscal Conservatives. Many different areas have varied Tea Party movements but what I was referring to is the Chicago area where the idea started. It got copied around the country.
You and the vast numbers on FR ask the same question.
The anti war PaulBots believe what they do because
they are afraid to grow up.
I know a few people who live in Florence, KY across the river from Cincinnati.
They are Sarah Palin supporters but not for Rand.
I don’t hear Sarah beating the drum for Rand or any events scheduled for him on her schedule through June.
Steve Forbes also not beating the drum for Rand.
Since Rand Paul has shown his true colors, many have backed off if not walked away.
I worked at Reagan’s headquarters when he first ran for Gov.
Saw him many times in person when Gov. and Pres.
Sarah Palin is the closest to Reagan in views and as a person.
When you tried to reach Sarah, it was at the time Meg,
her communication director stepped down to be with her
young children and now has a new Comm. director.
I have been exposing Ron Paul the Neo Leftist for the past several years.
No we don't. We need strong conservative Republicans in the Revolutionary mold, who recognize the proper role of government and the need for a strong defense. We also need GOP to recognize who these are and support them instead of giving us Charlie Crist, Meg Whitman, John McCain, Mike Huckabee and the like. No statists and no lie-bertarians need apply!!
As I am not in CT, I can safely excuse myself from buffoon category. However, Peter Schiff is a darling of the RLC who have endorsed him along with their other lie-bertarian favorites here: 2010 RLC-PAC. The list includes Adam Kokesh and Rand Paul. As Race said, "You are known by the company you keep."
Not only would I not go near any RLC-endorsed candidate, I would vigorously oppose them and expose them for the sneaky imposters they are.
Here is a list of all Kentucky state senators: Rand Paul's name is not on it, and nowhere do I find mention of him being a state senator. I did the research prior to saying anything about him and this was a double-check. I'm not sure why you feel a need to make this claim about him. Do you reside in Kentucky?
Honestly, even for you ansel, this is pathetic. All you can quote are the kook postings of anonymous blog commenters. Good grief.
Anyway, Dick Cheney endorsed Grayson today. I’m waiting to hear your thoughts on that.
Haha.. I think SoCalPol mentioned he was most recently residing in Cincinnati, OH. These little pranksters really get around, don't they?:-)
That was taken from the AIP web site in their support of Bill Johnson who won their endorsement.
Dick Cheney has endorsed the rino Trey Grayson and the rino Kay Bailey Hutchinson, next he may even endorse Mitt Romney.
As one of the biggest, best known Romneybots on freerepublic, you are well aware that Trey Grayson is a big supporter of Mitt Romney of course.
Never fear. VP Cheney stepped up with an endorsement of Grayson today: http://www.politicsdaily.com/2010/03/24/dick-cheney-endorses-trey-grayson-over-rand-paul-in-kentucky-gop/
And, you’re absolutely right onyx, Grayson needs to get ahead of the Paul slime machine and stay there!!
Hasn’t the Cheney family pretty much already endorsed and/or joined the Mitt Romney race to replace conservatism in America?
You really need to go on a break; you’re making such a fool of yourself. Mostly, I ignore you, because I am more interested in the best interests of my country.
Hello and welcome to the discussion. I was the lucky one who found your blog post and posted it here. The word is going out and getting attention. I thank you for bringing out the Paul/Kokesh connection. All the best to you, Grayson, and our great Nation!!
As usual you have nothing to say but insults and personal attacks, do you really think that people see that as rebuttals, arguments, and information?
Romneybots never change.
This thread was posted by one of the biggest, most dedicated romneybots on freerepublic.
I notice you mention Meg Whitman who Romney handpicked to run for California Governor, but you didn't put Romney himself on your list, why is that?
You mention Romney more than anyone on this website. Why is that?
Supporting Adam Kokesh is the deal breaker.
No road back from there.
