God, I am so tired of having to put up with people who are full of shit today! first, Obama, Pelosi and the Judas Stupak. Now this Frum idiot. I hope Rush talks about this on his next show.

What a pantload. Friday Rush was (again) reminding folks of what happens when Republicans decide to punish Republicans — we get a sewer-full of liberals and destruction.

All the wanna-beez piling on The Godfather who, once again, is right 99.99% of the time.

Former Bush speechwriter David Frum says it’s hard to exaggerate the magnitude of the GOP disaster. And he blames this “most crushing legislative defeat since the 1960s” on conservatives and Republicans: At the beginning of this process we made a strategic decision: unlike, say, Democrats in 2001 when President Bush proposed his first tax cut, we would make no deal with the administration

Frum is uncritically repeating the Dem talking points - the GOP offered many market-oriented alternatives and the Dems wanted nothing to do with it. The only bipartisanship was some Dems joining the GOP in the House in opposing this bill. Anyone who listens to Frum is as big an idiot as he is.

FRUM wants the liberal media’s attention with his name in lights so he can be a guest on all the talk shows. His social life must be pretty dull to make such stupid remarks but I am sure that the enemies of freedom will love his words and want to hear more because of his former position as “Bush’s speech writer”.

If the Soviet Red Army conquered America, Frum and his ilk would lead the “moderate” Quisling delegation to try to “negotiate” a shred of freedom.

Frum and his kind make me puke.

"Former Bush speechwriter David Frum says it’s hard to exaggerate the magnitude of the GOP disaster. And he blames this “most crushing legislative defeat since the 1960s” on conservatives and Republicans"

This is an asinine statement. The RATs had a super-majority and didn't need a single GOP vote to pass the bill. How can this be a GOP defeat, assuming that Frum actually wanted to stop the government takeover of health care?

The defeat came when Bush allowed congress to explode the size of government, then a RINO somehow won the GOP nomination for POTUS and fought against a communist nobody with all of the zeal of someone on life support. Predictably the GOP got their a$$es whipped in the '08 election.

That wasn't bad enough. The beltway GOP leadership (including Newt G.) pushed for a Marxist candidate in a conservative NY district... and the minority Senate / House "leaders" have stood up against this dictatorship power-grab like they're in a pillow fight against toddlers, while Rahm, Pelosi and Reid are using KGB tactics against any and all opposition - including private citizens.

"When Rush Limbaugh said that he wanted President Obama to fail, he was intelligently explaining his own interests. What he omitted to say – but what is equally true – is that he also wants Republicans to fail. If Republicans succeed – if they govern successfully in office and negotiate attractive compromises out of office – Rush’s listeners get less angry. And if they are less angry, they listen to the radio less, and hear fewer ads for Sleepnumber beds."

Frum continues with an even more absurd statement. I assume the reason you pulled out this quote and provided no rebuttal is because you actually believe it. You need to wise-up about what's at stake.

This is not about a party looking good, or making an atrocious bill a little less damaging. This is about preserving our individual rights to control our government within a constitutional republic - not the other way around. And it's about preserving our strength and prosperity as a nation through our free-market, capitalistic economy. There are only a handful of effective spokespeople against this unprecedented, unconstitutional seizure of power. Most of them happen to be on talk-radio – outside of the beltway.

It was clear before 0bama was even the RAT nominee, that he was a Marxist who did not believe in the American foundations of a constitutional republic, with limited and opposing branches of government. With twenty years being deeply rooted in Wright's church of Marxist indoctrination - cheering for "social justice", teaching Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" to ACORN activists, using the Chicago political system to step around normal rules or over political rivals, and uniting with Marxist SEIU and Nazi Soros - this man has always meant exactly what he said in his rants about "fundamentally changing America".

The major failure of Republicans in this matter has been their slow, tepid, and conflicted opposition to the massive expansion of government by leftist radicals in the DemocRAT party - starting with TARP, then expanding to the "jobs bill" (barf), takeover of massive private companies that give the RATs control of entire industries (like student loans)... and on, and on, and on.

Hate is a bottomless well. There’s always something to be angry about. Don’t believe me? Check out leftist tv/radio/journalism/blogs/message boards. See if they’re happy now that some form of healthcare reform has passed. No doubt they’re on average even angrier than conservatives are now. Because their wildest dreams have been met, and healthcare is finally on the road to being socialized. But it’s not enough. It’s not what they were promised. It’ll never be enough,
