That is the all important point that makes all the birth certificate issues moot.

I think you have overstated the parental requirements otherwise there would be very few natural born citizens anywhere. A better way of saying it is:

“Both parents have to be US citizens”

One of my great grand parents came from Germany and that would disqualify one my parents, a grand parent and me by your definition of natural born.

We should all agree with the CommiecRATs that the forgery, (posted in #11,) is a true bc.

It proves Dad to be Barack Hussein Obama, therefor Junior is NOT a Natural Born Citizen and is the Resident, not the President.
