I cannot imagine that he was sane and sober when he made his comments to Brinkley.

I was sorry to read that interview, as I had given Hanks more credit for intelligence, at least as having more than his idiotic Hollywood bretheren - Penn, Damon, Clooney, etc.

Turns out he's just another coddled knucklehead.

I was going to subscribe to HBO just to see “The Pacific.” I’m a former Marine and cherish our heritage. But after seeing and hearing Hanks for the past week I’ve decided to give it a pass.
