Guy was ordered to take the subject home, not to a ditch. They didnt say anything about conducting his own “investigation”, just take him home. The guy wanted his justice and now has it. There are rules to combat as there are rules for after the combat. He acted outside of those rules. Like I said, I feel for him, he let his emotion get the better of him.

No one disputes that he made one wrong decision, but the self-defense issue is separate. Even the prosecution’s expert witness changed his mind after he arrived to testify, then he wasn’t allowed to testify. All the family wants is a new trial during which ALL of the evidence is heard.
