I have an anti-turd animus. I have absolutley no love for the JAG either so don’t assume where I am coming from, where I have been, etc.

I am not “clearly wrong” on this either. Yes, the military is full of B.S. and internal politics; but not the kind of politics being portrayed or advanced on this and other boards proclaiming a pro-military stance. This became “Republican” actors vs. military justice for selfish reasons. There is no conspiracy folks, these three guys got called to the carpet in a military setting and thought they were above it. But becasue they are seals, they get traction with opportunists.

You keep referring to seals _in general_ as “arrogant” “turds” “above it” etc. It almost seems,,, personal. Did one hurt your feelings somehow, a long time ago? I’m sure he’s very sorry :)

Interservice rivalry is for liberty call, NOT for standing with the enemy against another unit or branch.

And i’m still wondering. In the first place, why do you think an Officer should have called these guys “on the carpet” simply because the true turd, (The murdering body hanger) said a mean SEAL punched his wittle tummy?

Don’t you think the officer should have said,, “too bad it’s only your word, and we actually hope he did.”

Think of how any and EVERY Officer on Iwo Jima would have spoken to a Japanese prisoner who dared make such a complaint. That’s exactly what should have been said by these officers, (who live in a world of carpet) and that’s why you are wrong.
