I've never even heard of this toy, but if the manual is right, there are some real-looking parts in there. The manual can be found
here (about halfway down the page, search for "WE Tech M4"). Needless to say, I now want one of 'em!

(What parts of "right of the people" and "shall not be infringed" do you not understand?)

Now I knwo why the BATF wants them banned.
It says, right there in the manual, they cause EXPLOSION

(Seriously. The only way Obama can possibly pull this out is to declare Martial Law before November.)

Oh wow... It's got a DIAS. No wonder the Feebies have their panties in a bunch. It ain't the Upper Reciever that has them bent, it's a fully functional select fire lower.
If the dimensions line up, pop the pins, slap on a 16" M4 upper, load a mag, and you are off to Happy Land.

I have some experience with AR-15 lowers and I would have to say that if the dimensions are the same as an AR-15 lower then the BATF probably has a pretty good case. It almost looks like you could switch out the airsoft upper for a real upper and have a functioning firearm.
