he was NOT dischargeed with a General for the weapon, that is how he lost his stripe which he claimed he still had at rallies.

He got his General Discharge for swearing at an officer in correspondence concerning his wearing of military fatugues at anti-American ralies

Kokesh gave aid and comfort to the enemy at those ralies

Let’s see...he disrupted the Republican National Convention in 2008, protests with communists, code pink, etc., encourages troops to desert in Germany, blatantly lied by putting up racist posters and attributing them to a conservative campus group, among other outrageous, indefensible behavior.
