I know I am going to regret asking this, but what exactly is your “evidence”. Not your suspicions, not your questions about the birth certificate or its numbering, or you legal theories. Is there one piece of paper youhave to enter into evidence that tends to show Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii?

We’ve seen how willing and able the political players are to enforce the laws and rules amongst themselves. No way can they be trusted with the job of verifying eligibility.

When I was at obamaconspiracy.org Dr. Con complained that I had so many links. How was I supposed to expect anybody to look at all those links?

This is why Goebbels told Hitler that people will believe a big lie before they will believe a little one. We can easily wrap our minds around John Edwards lying about an affair. But to actually read evidence and sort it through takes more work.

Everybody chooses their battles. There is a lot of information that other people have that I don’t have time to look at - especially since I trust that they are looking at that angle. We need somebody covering all the angles.

So I don’t expect everybody to know everything. Not everybody has to look at what I’ve got. But if they haven’t looked at it, I just ask that they keep quiet about things they really know nothing about.

Maybe, maybe not. I have met some pretty clueless young and younger people. That is pretty much anyone 40 and under. Consider their education. What were they taught? Not much.

And that’s exactly what I think is America’s biggest issue. We can handle the enemy outside if we aren’t overrun by the enemies within. I think most Americans see that our government is absolutely out of control - collectively and the individuals within it.

The snowball is rolling down the hill and if we don’t stop it soon it’s gonna bury everything in its path. We cannot survive lawlessness. Either we establish the rule of law or we die as a nation.

THIS is tangible evidence YOU can see. "Conclusive" and "reliable" my @ss. The thing is as fake as an 8 dollar bill.

The quo warranto that Leo has advocated and pre-announced (he hasn't unannounced it yet, though it is past due) will be in the DC Circuit, as at least one federal judge, Judge Carter, has suggested is the only statutorily correct venue for quo warranto of a federal officer.

While I find Kerchner’s case to be compelling in many respects, the quo warranto aspect does not appear to me (a non-lawyer) or Leo Donofrio (a lawyer who had debated head-to-head with Apuzzo) to be in the correct venue.

I calculated Dr. West's age myself back when his retirement at age 46 was first claimed and found it to be highly unlikely. However, there does not appear to be a claim that he delivered Obama himself, and the story seems to have been scrubbed from the web. Plus the woman has a potentially highly prejudicial personal relationship to Obama.

Based on my non-lawyer understanding of hearsay, there is no way that any hearsay exception would be granted to the person who told the Dr. West story, especially since this is “double hearsay” (he told me that he had heard/read about Stanley giving birth to BHO II). I am now highly interested in Dr. West's bound record of the vital statistics of each infant he delivered at K. hospital as a target of discovery!
