Calling anyone a cheapskate in today’s economy is just nuts. I’d suspect anyone who had money to throw away of being a democrat.
I like to be taken out to dinner. I expect to reciprocate with a home-cooked meal, though.

I too have no problem with someone using a coupon. I’ve done it and would be impressed if my date did it. I’m there for the social interaction and not to see the mix of cash and non cash payments used.
