The little racing vessel was dead in the water, as any experienced seaman can see. I’ve spent years at sea, you, how many hours open ocean?
Right.

Sorry, a vessel that is dead in the water doesn’t produce a motion wake.
See teh screen cap in post 62.

Re: post 62
That's an awful lot of powered-wake for a dead-in-the-water craft ...

We already got it. You're a big-time "seaman". You don't have to keep making the point that non-big-time "seamen" are not as qualified to judge oceany things as you are because you're a big-time "seaman".
We got it.
However, although the Sea Shepherd guys are probably also big-time "seaman", they are interfering with a legal business and when you dick with someone's livelihood they are apt to send you and your shiny, black, plastic boat to the bottom of the ocean.

You're a seaman. And as a seaman, you come here and come there and jet all over, whitewashing the EcoNazis every chance you get.
It's a hard nut to crack, but you are stiff in your briefs. Personally, I think you're a pr**k.

Ive spent years at sea, you, how many hours open ocean?I have a number of blue water sailing cruises under my belt, months on the open ocean at a time as navigator, helmsman, radio operator, and watch stander, and that's enough for me to be able to recognize that: A) The boat was moving and maneuverable. B) The smaller, more maneuverable boat must yield. C) Any vessel hoisting a Jolly Roger is fair game for sinking, as its intent has been declared as hostile.
