Title 8 and the 14th Amendment both state; All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Barack Hussein Obama was under British law, British jurisdiction, and was a British subject at birth.

No, it makes him a citizen. His British father prevents him from being a Natural Born citizen, because you can only ever have one citizenship, that of the USA in order to be so. Obama had two at birth. US, and British. He is a citizen, but not a Natural Born Citizen, there is a difference.

Only IF he was born in Hawaii. He wasn’t. It was a little north of the borders of the US. Sorry to burst your bubble.
