To which she replied: "I think some very good questions have been raised in that regard. There are some very good arguments, and I think the American people have not seen all of the evidence there. So I haven't taken a position on that."
In her response to the blog, she says:
"The real underlying question here, though, is whether or not people have the right to question our government. I think the fact that people are even asking questions on this level gets to the incredible distrust career politicians have fostered by so clearly taking their direction from special interests instead of the people, whether it's Rick Perry and the his HPV mandate or Kay Hutchison and voting for the bank bailout..."
So she has no doubt but thinks it is alright for people to question the government's role in 9-11 and then turns it around into a hit on Perry.
Holy crap!! She said that?????
Dammit, what is wrong with these idiots?? Ok, Perry it is.
Her answer would have been somewhat reasonable if the question was “what do you think about those who believe the govenrment knew about 9/11”. But the question was “do you believe”, and if you can’t give your own belief in response to a “do you believe” question, you aren’t going to win many elections.
