Well, I heard the interview, and what she was doing was foolishly trying not to alienate Truthers. It was absolutely foolish and has probably knocked her out of contention. But almost immediately afterward she issued a clarification on the issue. The Truther smear is just the Republican establishment trying to keep the game closed to outsiders. Nevertheless, she played into their hands.
I guess it will be Perry. I’ll certainly have to vote for him over White, but what a lousy choice. I wish Ted Poe had entered the race.
