Obama’s Getting Angry And Desperate… And It’s Showing

The pundits are all having their say on President Obama’s latest campaign speech, not-so-cleverly disguised as Wednesday night’s ”State of the Union” speech...

Let’s start with the bottom line: Obama’s speeches mean nothing any more. That was evident last night when he told the most audacious lies about transparency and accountability (via his claim about not hiring lobbyists to staff positions). That was the first time I’ve ever heard a President’s State of the Union speech draw laughter from both sides of the aisle when he was attempting to make a serious point.

In short, this was the least statesman-like State of the Union speech in recorded history...

As far as I’m concerned, the most important thing that resulted from last night’s campaign speech is that, in addition to thumbing his nose at the public that has caught on to him, Obama has essentially flipped off the Supreme Court and both Houses of Congress. That means, he is has no intention of letting the Legislative or Judicial branches of the American Government get in his way. That’s tyranny, folks. Those two branches of government are all that stands between us and a tyrant.

Bammie could have saved alot of energy and 75 minutes of everyone’s time the other night if he would have just walked in , given everyone the finger, and walked back out again. Same message would have been conveyed.
