And where in the Constitution is it defined?

Not many terms are defined in the Constitution, Treason being an exception. But that doesn't meant they didn't have known definitions at the time. Whatever those were, they still are.

If not defined in the Constitution, like treason is, then they are defined by law. And the current law does not define natural-born citizen the way you do.
