There is nothing the least bit interesting in discussing this matter.
Irrespective of what you cut-off or add-on, or what hormones you artificially increase or minimize, it is a genetic impossibility to "change" your gender. Gender is hard-coded into our DNA; you either have an extra chromosome, or you don't. It's that simple.
This issues is like kit cars. They somwhat look like the real thing but never will be. You can take a piece of junk Fiero and put a "Lambo" body on it but it will ALWAYS be a Fiero.

Frankly I don’t care what this person had cut off or sewn on. If they can do the job, fine - it’s none of my business.
Now, if they can’t do the job and the primary reason was that they were hired for a political purpose, then I’ve got a right to criticize regardless of what that political purpose was.
Why is surgery to make the body conform to the mind acceptable, but psychological treatment to make the mind conform to the body unacceptable?
