As far as I know, there is no such thing as an “International Passport”. Passports are issued by individual countries to certify the identity of a person who is a citizen of that particular country. Each country sets its own proof of citizenship, though I would presume that most require a certificate of birth or of naturalization if one is an immigrant.

Yes, you are right. I just did not remember having mine when I got my passport.

Interesting that if your from California, you have to have the LONG FORM certificate.
Lucky for Obozo that he is not from California, hahaha
