I just read his blog.

He’s a Joe Kennedy supporter.

Kennedy’s the libertarian in the race who’s polling at about .0001% and is Coakley’s useful idiot.

My money is on the latter choice... look at sign up date... anyone wanting a Kennedy of any ilk raises questions in my mind.

According to his issues page, he is relatively pro-abortion, supports the democratic-party-modified Massachussets health care program and the idea that we all “deserve” health care coverage, is relatively pro-manmande global warming (although he opposes cap-and-trade).

In those ways, he is almost indistinguishable from the positions of Dede, who also was a fiscal conservative and strongly pro-2nd-amendment. The most obvious difference from DeDe is that he personally opposes gay marriage, although he supports each state making their own decisions on the matter.

It’s hard to tell whether he is all right on immigration. The things he actually says are “right”, but he doesn’t mention deporting illegals.

I wouldn’t oppose him because of these positions, since he is running in Massachusssetts. But I understand why conservatives wouldn’t support him, even though a 3rd-party candidate has absolutely no chance of winning.
