These statists cannot yet say that these unborn babies belong to the state and the state can dispose of them as they see fit. So they tell us that these unborn babies are not human beings. That way it is easier to convince naive young mothers that they are not worth keeping and the state run abortion mills can dispose of them as they see fit.
