My grandparents got a Dalmation from a shelter. For two years they couldn’t figure out why they weren’t getting any bell peppers in their garden until they caught the dog eating them right off the plants. (True story)

My Catahoula Leopard Dog loves plums and will pick them off the tree. He likes them at a certain degree of ripeness so he will study the tree until he sees a lowhanging one he wants and will jump and pick that one.

My dachshund used to get up on his hind legs and pick lemons right off our tree.

He thought it was a tennis ball tree.
