Now check this. One Japanese poster on the site I referred to, within the hour had this to say:

(Translation): Japanese Poster "Noise" says, at 6'19 p.m local Japan Saturday--"Wow! Just LOOK at that photo (note: of the bow). You will not see anything else like it. The top leader of the American Empire, bowing deep like that with his head to the Emperor."

That pretty much says it all. Confirms virtually every observation made on this thread. This story may never get any traction in our media but the effects are going to reverberate throughout the world.
